Hi, I’m Stacey, a full-time family carer and proud mum of three. Life in our house is full-on, with a mix of hospital appointments, school runs, therapies, and everyday chaos, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Being a carer has shaped everything I do, especially how I connect with others. I know what it’s like to feel isolated, unheard, and overwhelmed, which is why community has always meant so much to me.

Over the years, I’ve found incredible support, advice, and friendship through the autism and disability community, people who just get it.

Taking on the role of social media rep here is my way of giving back to that same community. I love using social media to share real stories, helpful resources, and reminders that we’re not alone in this.

Whether it’s celebrating the little wins, venting about tough days, or highlighting important issues, I want our platforms to feel like a safe and honest space for everyone.
