Building Connections with Autism Friendly Waterford

We were delighted to welcome our friends from Autism Friendly Waterford this week for coffee, conversation, and collaboration.

The meet-up gave us all a chance to pause and reflect, sharing our lived experiences, discussing challenges we've faced, and celebrating the wins along the way. It’s always encouraging to sit down with others working towards the same goals and to realise we’re not alone in the work of building more inclusive communities.

Stronger together, that’s how we feel after these visits. Our neighbours in Waterford have been doing incredible work, and it was a real privilege to exchange ideas and support one another in person.

We’re looking forward to more connections over the festive season and into the new year. Thanks again to the team for coming to visit us!
