✅ Created a fantastic, detailed Visual Guide to help autistic customers familiarise themselves with the shop, staff, layout and what to expect before visiting.
✅ Provide a dedicated children’s colouring and relaxation area, with softer lighting, comfortable seating and a sensory box.
✅ Welcomed assistance dogs and are wheelchair accessible.
✅ Demonstrated a genuine commitment to supporting customers with different sensory and accessibility needs.
Their Visual Guide is a wonderful example of how small, thoughtful changes can make a big difference!
