Singing for Inclusion – Harmania Choir Fundraiser for Autism Friendly Dungarvan & Waterford
We were absolutely delighted that Autism Friendly Dungarvan was chosen, alongside our good friends at Autism Friendly Waterford as this year’s fundraiser partners with the wonderful Harmania Indie Choir.
Both Dungarvan and Waterford are working towards the same goal: to create truly inclusive, autism-friendly communities where autistic people and their families have the same chance to live, work, visit, and take part in daily life, with dignity, understanding, and support at every step.
The concert brought together neighbours, friends, families, and communities in support of that vision. It was an honour to share the stage and sing our hearts out for such a powerful cause. 🧡🎶
One of the most moving moments on the night came from Megan Jacob, a long-standing choir member and proud ambassador for Autism Friendly Waterford. Megan has been with the choir for over seven years and spoke beautifully about what the choir means to her. Her words were heartfelt and inspiring, reminding everyone why inclusion matters.
This fundraiser means so much to us, and we’re truly grateful to the Harmania Indie Choir for their kindness, energy, and commitment. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support, donated, or helped spread the word.
If you weren’t able to make it on the night, there’s still time to donate:
Thank you again to Harmania, Megan, and all our supporters for making this event so special.
